Research Network Workstream 1: Supporting Legal Capacity Lecturer in medical ethics, Dickson Poon School of Law, KCL. Pat will collaborate on research in WS1 on questions of identification with impairments and the implications for support, particularly in relation to the notion of neurodiversity. She will be a member of a Work Stream 1 advisory group.
Core member Workstream 2: Community Independence Lecturer in global health and philosophy, Department of Social Science, Health and Medicine, KCL. Sridhar has expertise in global health and policy and the capabilities approach. He will conduct research within Work Stream 2.
Workstream 5 Decision-making & Metacognition PhD student at the Wellcome Centre for Human Neuroimaging, University College London. Elisa has interests in decision neuroscience, metacognition and social decision-making. She will conduct research on WS5 under the shared supervision of Dr. Stephen Fleming and Professor Anthony David.

He has particular interests in legal capacity in relation to consent to sex in both criminal and civil law, and will be part of the advisory group for Work Stream
Workstream 1: Supporting Legal Capacity Postdoctoral Research Associate in Mental Health and Justice at York Law School. Paul has expertise in mental capacity law, especially in England and Wales. He will be involved in Work Stream 1, investigating the philosophical underpinnings of the CRPD and some of its potential implications.
Core member Workstream 5: Decision-making and Metacognition Professor of philosophy, Department of Philosophy, KCL. Nick has interests in philosophy of mind, social epistemology and metacognition. He will conduct research within Work Stream 5.
Research Network Professor of public policy, King’s Policy Institute, KCL. Jennifer has expertise in delivering policy analysis. She will chair the policy labs at the King’s Policy Institute and lead on writing the policy document for Mental Health and Justice.

She will conduct research within Work Stream 5 and contribute widely across the research network.

Larry is a senior clinician in SLAM with expertise in affective disorder and crisis services. He will be clinical lead for the NHS implementation phase of Work Stream 3 as
